Our Credit Policy

f you look up at the title bar at top of your browser (I'll wait), you will NOT see anywhere up there (or anywhere in this site) that we are, in any way shape or form, a bank or a credit union. We ARE designers, web and application developers, illustrators, web maestros, geeks and even marketing and technology consultants. But, alas not a bank.

We will work extraordinarily hard for you and we will be good stewards of your resources. However, like you, we expect a return on that effort. For us, that means getting paid on a timely basis (cash, checks, money orders) - usually in the form of a retainer at the onset of a project and some mid-point and/or end of project payment.

To request credit terms with the Imagination Factory, we ask that you fill out a SECURE credit application (online or fax). Should you not be approved or can't wait, payments may be made online using YOUR credit card or e-check via Paypal.
