PROJECT DETAIL

PROJECT SCOPE:

1. PRE-DESIGN CONSULTATION

2. DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT

• Editorial:
  • Review all editorial material available (existing assets, collateral material, etc.).
  • Work with client to determine what material will be purged, kept, modified, added or created. We assume most new content will be provided by client in digital form.
• Architecture:
  • (Re)Categorize all available content into appropriate sections for project and develop the basic project structure.
  • Diagram as needed.
• Design:
  • Develop initial concept sketches.
  • Develop storyboards based on single concept.
  • Obtain approvals.
  • Develop final project and packaging designs and project assets (icons, illustrations, etc.).
• Production:
  • Optimize all graphic design elements and assets.
  • Artwork and textual conversions.
  • Basic and advanced interactive programming and initial testing.
  • Asset integration.
  • Obtain approvals.
• Project Review:
  • Content proofing and review for accuracy, consistency, operability and navigation.
  • Obtain final client approvals.
• Publishing:
  • Migration to final media.
  • Final testing as well as last minute changes.
• Marketing:
  • Development and release of publicity notices, if applicable.

3. POST DESIGN

Media Placement
- PRINT - PROVIDER may assist CLIENT in obtaining media placement
- INTERNET - See Web Hosting and/or Consulting


Revisions
- Any site changes, modifications or maintenance
- May be ala carte or fixed retainer


Web Hosting
- PROVIDER may host
- PROVIDER may assist CLIENT in securing alternate web host location


Web Consulting - Assist CLIENT in:


• Research, negotiate space and rates
• Research Domain Name as needed
• Assist CLIENT in promoting Site
• Research, negotiate and obtain links to/from other sites
  • No guarantee is made regarding placement:
    - position
    - speed of placement
    
• Obtain reciprocal and fee-bearing sponsorships
• Research competitive and allied sites

In that parameters for #3 are, as yet undefined, PROVIDER can only provide hourly estimates at this time:

Web design and/or consulting $ 75/hr.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract (and/or Addendum or Schedule) as of the date set forth herein above.
