Wheeler Business Machines has been serving West Michigan with specialty office equipment for more than 35 years. Their website was well-indexed and full of rich content, but their traffic was dropping off because it predated mobile devices and was not behaving responsively.
IFI started by loading the content of their HTML site into a mobile-responsive content management system. We also included a new ecommerce setup that was much easier for WBM to maintain, which manages their huge inventory complete with photos, specifications, documentation, manuals, and more.
