For the most part, East Grand Rapids is built out. There isn’t much vacant land to develop. Yet, the City continues to evolve, and change does occur.
The City’s 2018 Master Plan needed refinements and the planners wanted resident engagement and input. EGR came to the Imagination Factory to build a site that would facilitate that engagement.
