Beginning in the late 90s as Maintenance Resources, it quickly added a Mechanical Division and a Construction Division to its structure. This led to a rebranding as Facilities Resource Group (FRG). A few years later, they added Lighting Division which acquired eTex Energy Solutions (rebranding it as Revolux LED Solutions). Two more acquisitions, Pinnacle LED and Energy Innovations Group (EIG), enabled them to spin off a whole Energy Division. To handle the expansions and to consolidate under one parent, FRG has once again rebranded as IKON | EFS (Energy & Facilities Solutions).
FRG had previously sought the Imagination Factory to assist in the rebranding efforts for Revolux and again a few years later for the IKON | EFS rebranding. We’re pleased to have been a part of both efforts.
