When it became time to enhance the administrative back-end of their practice and move out of their canned practice template, they came to the Imagination Factory whose similar deep web experience and understanding of integrating front-end websites with back-end system was important to making this a seamless and easy transition.
We placed them into a mobile-responsive, content managed structure, integrated their new third-party appointment scheduler, and customer management system. During later stages of the project, the staff and a few select customers were able to beta test the site and see how much easier it was to manage and navigate.
